Bishop Terry McCaskill Sr. is native of Charlotte NC. He is the proud son of Dr. B.C McCaskill and Nannie Louise Huey. He accepted his call in 1977   under the leadership, the late Bishop David Adams of Bethlehem Christian Church, Gastonia NC. He was ordained in the Rowan Baptist Association  under the leadership of Dr. WC Hay of Galilee Baptist Church, Winston Salem SC. Bishop is and educated man. He graduated from Livingstone College with B.S.W degree in Social Work, he graduated from Morehouse School of Religion[ITC]  M.Div. degree. He attended Erskine Theological, United Theological Seminary, working towards his Doctor of Ministry Degree. Bishop McCaskill is member of Alpha Phi Alpha Fraternity, National Baptist USA  Convention. Bishop McCaskill is a family man he married to the lovely and intelligent woman, Lady Eleise McCaskill has her Bachelor degree in Education serving as a school teacher over nine years, she assist Bishop in teaching the Word to the women of the church, serving as a worship leader. Bishop is blessed with four girls and three boys. Bishop has served in many compacities in his life: Pastor of Mt. Olive Baptist Church of Salisbury NC [1984-1987], Ebenezer Baptist Church, Seneca SC[ 1988-1990]. Queen Street Baptist Church[ 1990-1992], Founder and Pastor Mt. Sinai World Outreach 1992-2024, starting out 28 members growing to over three thousand members. Bishop has licensed over 100 ministers through his teaching. Bishop was the President Alpha Bible College of Mt. Sinai World Outreach which prepared those who were called into ministry, and those who were new pastors. Bishop has served as State Chaplain in South Carolina at Givens Youth Corrections, McCormick Prison. Bishop has served as a School teacher at  Garinger High School, Hopewell High School of Charlotte NC , teaching World History, Sociology, Psychology. Civic Government, Earth Science. Bishop served as Shelter Specialist For Roof Above Shelters of Charlotte NC. Bishop is an scholar he has written two books in its third print. The first book was written for married couples and singles, "Love is not Enough", the second book was written for those how have a calling on their life " Call before the fall". Bishop loves missions , he has been to Abuja Nigeria, and Accra Ghana. Bishop has proclaimed  the gospel through the world, he has been on TV, Inspirational channel for 3 years, WGGS over 20 years, Word Network for 5 years,  Bishop McCaskill motto is " Not only be for the people , be with the people" James Cone quote.
